On July 14^th, 2009, CHEI organized CHEI Dinner Party at Yellow Stone Restaurant in Crown Plaza Hotel. With the opportunity brought by iHEA Congress, lots of international scholars and experts assembled in Beijing. CHEI had invited 114 well-known health economics scholars and experts to attend the dinner party, who are from 13 countries and regions in America, Europe, Australia, Africa and Asia.

All members of CHEI leadership, 20 researchers and working staffs from 11 research offices of CHEI attended the Dinner Party, trying to seek for cooperation opportunities.

During the Dinner Party, Zhang Zhenzhong, Director-general of CHEI, gave a welcome speech on behalf of CHEI leadership. He introduced CHEI’s research scope and current work. Then, he invited the guests to join hand with CHEI in conducting research on health issues in the background of  the new round of Chinese health reform, to benefit the 1.3 billion Chinese’s health as well as the global health.

Afterwards, all members from CHEI have communicated with guests in a friendly atmosphere till the end.
