Introduction
Health finance Research office is a newly established research office in China Health Economics Institute (CHEI). The main research areas are health finance theory, China finance system and government health financing responsibility, government health input policy and its performance management, government financing responsibility in the new rural cooperative medical scheme (NCMS) and so on. We have conducted some research projects funded by Ministry of health、UNICEF、World health organization(WHO), etc.
Ⅰ. Main Research Areas:
1, Health finance theory
2, Government financial responsibility in health protection and medical security.
3, Research on China financial system and government health financing responsibility.
4, Research on budget management mode of the government health input
5, Research on government health input policy and its performance evaluation of it.
Ⅱ. Research Team
Ying Yazhen: Ph.D of public finance, producted from research institute for fiscal science, Ministry of finance. Deputy and acting Director of health financing office in China Health Economics Institute (CHEI). Professor, main areas are public financing policy, performance of government invest in health, the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme and so on.
Zhang Qiong: Master of health economics in Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine. Now is working in the fields of health financing theory and so on.
